Patrick Glancy Behaviour Support Practitioner & Director In 1987 I came across the book “The Road Less Travelled” by M. Scott Peck, which sparked my interest in my own mental health. a few years later I had the opportunity to see Scott Peck speak live and, although I didn’t fully understand everything he spoke about, I knew that I wanted to learn more. Fast forward 14 years and I began my career as a therapist. For the following 13 years, I ran my own practice in the US. In 2014, I moved to Australia and became an accredited counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. Since then, I have provided therapy to individuals and families through not-for-profit organisations on the Sunshine Coast until 2021 when I became a NDIS registered provider. Over the years, I have worked with survivors of natural disasters, terrorist attacks, and war veterans, as well as victims of domestic violence and abuse. I hold onto the idea from “The Road Less Travelled” that through the bad, we can find the good. 0414 132 139 patrick@nspt.com.au Lauren England Behaviour Support Practitioner I have always had a passion for walking with people through all of life’s challenges and joys. I grew up in Toowoomba as a part of a close knit community that valued and emphasised social action and advocacy for those who were excluded or vulnerable in society. This led me to complete my Bachelor of Special Education at the University of Southern Queensland in 2014. In the years following I worked in primary and secondary special education and mainstream school settings as a classroom and relief teacher. My passion for community work led me to work as a Youth Pastor for nearly 8 years, specifically focussed on training, community development and programs for refugee and migrant communities, mental health advocacy and pastoral counselling with children and adolescents. On the Sunshine Coast my work has been focused toward the disability and mental health sector. I am passionate about seeing all people flourish and be empowered to live their best lives, and believe in meeting people where they are at to move towards wholeness. I work with all age groups and disabilities and strongly believe in empowering families, service providers and other key stakeholders to become and continue in their role as change agents. On the weekends, you will find me hanging out with my dog, Ruby, drinking copious amounts of coffee and exploring this beautiful part of the world. 0406 615 478 lauren@nspt.com.au Rebecca Tulle Behaviour Support Practitioner I’m an approved BSP assessed at both advanced and specialised levels for a couple years now. I am a Gympie girl hoping to give back to the Gympie community through effective and consistent, face to face supports. I have over 12 years experience in complex trauma coupled with diagnoses of mental health and/or disability. I have worked in domestic violence and sexual violence for most of that time and specialise in working with children. I am best known for my responsiveness, adaptability and grounded nature. I look forward to meeting you 0422 554 812 rebecca@nspt.com.au Gympie Katrina Schodel Behaviour Support Practitioner My lived experience through my adolescents sparked my interest into disability and mental health. Starting my family in 2011 my eldest child being born with a disability prompted me to look further into how I can help and navigate supports which has seen me begin my career in the disability sector. I started work as a disability support worker, completing my Certificate III in Individual support, working with many that have complex challenges. Working with these clients made me want to help more, sparking my interest further into mental health, this led me to complete my Certificate IV in Mental Health. I have focused my career on helping children, young people, and families navigate complex behaviours, and mental health. My lived experience and ongoing education has shaped my ongoing work style. I use a person-centred approach which helps me have genuine respect and knowledge to assist my clients in living the best quality of life they can have. When I am not at work I am a mum to 2 beautifully strong kids, we love going to the beach, having family BBQ’s, and relaxing with a good movie. 0493 194 966 katrina@nspt.com.au Chris England Behaviour Support Practitioner During my early years I was part of a community that built a desire in me to be involved in positive change with others. I began my career working with children and teenagers in a pastoral and community context for ten years. During that time, I completed a degree and postgraduate studies in Coaching, Mentoring, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution. I’m currently studying a Master of Counselling, with a focus on trauma in children and adolescents. After moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2018, I set out to rediscover myself and reconnected with my creative side. I joined a team as a private art teacher and facilitator while continuing to develop my own art practice. In 2023-2025, I was a Team Leader leading a pilot program funded by Child Safety for families with children aged 10–14 at risk of entering the tertiary system. It was one of the most rewarding seasons of my career — working alongside families during incredibly tough times and helping create real change. I take a person-centred, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach in all my work. I’m driven by connection, curiosity, and helping people grow through their challenges. When I’m not working, I’m with my wife and four kids — looking after fish tanks, diving into renovation chaos, or getting messy with our latest creative project. 0494 386 958 chris@nspt.com.au Penelope Webb Behaviour Support Practitioner Growing up as a first-generation Australian in a small country town ignited an intense curiosity about the world, influencing both my personal and professional life. Following high school, I embarked on a teaching career that spanned over a decade across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Returning to Australia, I taught at a special assistance secondary school, which sparked my interest in behavioural science. In 2024, I made the decision to fully dedicate my career to positive behaviour support. I am particularly dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals, those with trauma-related diagnoses, individuals navigating eating disorders and members of culturally diverse communities. Sophie (my well-travelled cat) and I share our home. In my leisure time, I enjoy a variety of pursuits, including creating an extensive handmade wardrobe, reading and exploring diverse areas of interest. 0409 425 703 penelope@nspt.com.au Southern Sunshine Coast \| Moreton Bay \| Caboolture \| Morayfield Reegan Keevil Behaviour Support Practitioner ![Reegan Keevil - Hervey Bay](https://www.nspt.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/IMG_3034-234x300.jpg) Hi, I’m Reegan! In my 20s, I worked across a range of roles in the child safety and disability sectors, where I found my passion for supporting those who may feel misunderstood or overlooked. Inspired by the joy I felt helping others, I took the leap into Behaviour Support, and haven’t looked back! I truly enjoy building genuine connections with my clients and feel privileged to witness the positive changes that lead to greater independence, confidence, and quality of life. I work collaboratively with individuals, families, and support teams to develop Positive Behaviour Support plans that are respectful, individualised, and easy to implement. My practice is grounded in empathy, clinical insight, and a strong focus on creating strategies that are practical and sustainable. I have experience supporting clients with complex behaviours, emotional regulation challenges, sensory processing needs, and dual diagnoses. Growing up in remote outback towns of Western Australia gave me a deep love for the land and water, and a strong sense of community – values that continue to shape who I am today. Outside of work, I live a holistic lifestyle and enjoy 4x4ing, camping, staying active, and exploring nature. I’m also currently completing my yoga teacher certification and bring mindfulness, balance, and authentic connection into both my personal and professional life. 0487 462 618 reegan@nspt.com.au Sam Edgar Behaviour Support Practitioner 0422 561 359 sam@nspt.com.au Hi, I’m Sam, a Positive Behaviour Support Specialist and proud dad to three amazing kids. My work is deeply rooted in empathy, connection, and a genuine passion for helping people live safer, happier, and more independent lives. My journey into this field started over a decade ago, working one-on-one in disability support. From there, I moved into Residential Care, supporting young people with complex needs, before stepping into case management through Child Safety and working within the not for profit sector supporting Young People with complex behaviours achieve their goals. These roles gave me a strong foundation in trauma-informed practice and positive behaviour support, which has provided a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and their families can face. Now, as a PBS practitioner, I work closely with individuals, families, and support teams to create behaviour support plans that are practical, personalised, and grounded in respect. I believe behaviour is a form of communication, and my focus is on understanding the “why” behind behaviours, then building positive, sustainable strategies that support growth and wellbeing. I’ve supported people of all ages, especially those with autism, intellectual disability, ADHD, and psychosocial disability. Whether it’s building everyday skills, improving communication, or reducing behaviours of concern, I’m here to help with strategies that make a real difference. Being a father has had a big influence on the way I work. It’s taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of seeing the whole person—not just their challenges, but their strengths and potential too. ## Your NDIS Support Partner ### Our Commitment to You and Your Family As a registered NDIS provider, Next Step Professional Therapy prioritises the highest standards of quality and safeguarding.
